Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency to our customers. We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with our IPTV service within 24 hours of usage. After 24 hours, a partial refund may be available under certain conditions.
Full Refund (Within 24 Hours)
You are eligible for a full refund if you have used our service for less than 24 hours and are not satisfied with its quality or functionality. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within this period. Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Partial Refund (More than 24 Hours, Within 7 Days)
If you have used our service for more than 24 hours but within the first 7 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases, 20% of the subscription fee will be deducted to cover service and maintenance costs.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds apply only to the initial subscription purchase.
- Additional payments for add-ons or extra features are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Service Disruptions
Refunds will not be provided for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as network outages or third-party interruptions. We will, however, work to restore service as quickly as possible.
Trial Period
We offer a trial period for you to evaluate our service. Please note that refunds will not be granted for the paid subscription portion if you choose to upgrade from a trial to a paid plan.
